 We do not share any personal information about you with anyone without your express consent, except as permitted by law and described below.

  • Information may be shared with our affiliates to enable them to provide customer service or account maintenance. We also share information with our affiliates so we can inform you about products or services that might be beneficial or useful to you.

  • Information may be shared with nonaffiliated third parties (as permitted by law) who are assisting us by performing services or functions on our behalf, such as brokerage firms, insurance companies, administrators and service providers. These companies are legally and contractually bound to maintain the privacy of any personal information shared with them. This information is not used for marketing purposes.

  • Information may be shared with nonaffiliated parties as permitted or required by law, such as compliance with subpoena, fraud prevention or compliance with an inquiry from a government agency or regulator.

  • Personal health information will be shared only with proper written authorization or as required by law. We will not share medical information or motor vehicle reports for marketing purposes.

How Do We Protect the Confidentiality and Security of Your Personal Information?
 Keeping your information confidential and secure is of utmost importance to us. We follow standard industry practices to actively protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of your personal information. We also maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to guard your personal information. In so doing, we restrict access to your personal information to those employees who need to know that information to provide products and services to you and to the support service companies and financial institutions mentioned above. Additionally, our employees are bound by internal confidentiality policies and are subject to disciplinary action for any policy violations.

What If You Become a Former Client?
 Should you become an inactive client or should our relationship end, we will continue to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy.
